About Michele
I specialize in helping organizations, communities and individuals integrate actionable wellness strategies, structured goal planning techniques and stress management practices, empowering communities to enhance both individual and collective well-being.
Michele Pilon has 20 years of experience as a mental health clinician with a focus on stress management, building coping skills, and goal planning. She is a National Trainer for the Mental Health First Aid Program through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing and has trained thousands across academic, athletic, social service, and public safety fields to recognize and respond to signs and symptoms of mental health challenges. Additionally, she offers her own custom mental health and wellness trainings and workshops tailored to fit specific organizational, corporate, and community needs.
She seamlessly bridges the gap between clinical expertise and deeply human reality. By blending her 20 years in the field with her personal journey as a breast cancer survivor and an individual living with anxiety, Michele delivers engaging, deeply relatable presentations and actionable workshops that inspire audiences to embrace resilience, shatter mental health stigmas, and take charge of their well-being.
